Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n

Patrice understands the complexity, the specific needs of corporate and private clients. In advising his clients Patrice draws from his extensive banking and regulatory knowledge gained over the last 20 years and designs and implements fully coherent and integrated financial solutions in the main financial centres taking advantage of his large international network.<\/p>\n

Before founding his own law firm in 2017, Patrice worked for two large Swiss banks for several years and the Swiss stock exchange.<\/p>\n

Patrice is approved by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier as an independent director and is a manager of self-managed fund of funds investing a substantial amount into illiquid assets.<\/p>\n

Patrice obtained his law degree from the University of Fribourg (lic. iur.) and passed his Bar exam in Geneva. He took a LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Zurich. He is admitted to the Bar of St. Gallen.<\/p>\n
